Can I manage more than one branch?
APEX connects branch operations. Data visibility and actions follow each staff member’s permissions.
Can reception see all financial records?
Finance access is permission-dependent. The Front Desk role does not receive billing access.
How do PT sessions work?
An assigned trainer marks completion, one session is consumed, the member gives feedback and Customer Service reviews without another deduction.
How are the plans billed?
Plans are $1,500, $3,000 and $5,000 per quarter. Contact us to confirm detailed limits, taxes and any setup fees, or discuss a custom package.
Does APEX support Arabic and English?
